A collection of four pet-friendly holiday cottages, set in the heart of the stunning Northumberland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Each cottage is equipped with an open-plan living space, full kitchen, and full bathroom. Perfect for families, couples, and golfers.

All our cottages allow up to 2 pets, free of charge.

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is at 10am.

All our cottages have dedicated on-site private parking, free of charge. Dunstanburgh View and Water’s Edge also have street EV charging only 40 metres from the properties.

All our cottages have air-source heat pumps, utilising 100% renewable energy, with either radiators or underfloor heating. Instructions for setting the temperature may be found in the welcome guide found in each cottage.

All our cottages have fresh towels and bed linen included.

All our cottages have unlimited high-speed internet included. Paddy’s Mount and Christon Well also have ultrafast speeds of up to 910 Mbps.

Our cottages are not currently equipped with cots or highchairs; please bring your own equipment if you have infants.

We have a very generous cancellation policy with respect to our competitors, as we understand plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund, subject to a £35 administration fee.

If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund, subject to a £100 administration fee and the difference in rates if the cottage is successfully rebooked; if we cannot successfully rebook, no refund is issued.
